my room was a terrace desert view king room i appreciated having a balcony with pleasant views the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the bed was very comfortable ensuring restful sleep each night i found the minibar well-stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks it catered perfectly to my needs throughout my stay.
the lighting in certain areas felt a bit dim for reading at night this was the only minor inconvenience i faced.

my room felt new and the shower was amazing (the water pressure was great!). the pool area is spacious and split into different levels. this made it easy to find a spot away from other guests.
i found several operational issues. basic amenities were missing from my room, including water. also, the phone in the room wasn't working. i was not able to call for room service.

the staff was amazingly friendly. the facilities were super clean and beautiful. the place is so magical and connects you with nature.
the main pool was closed and it was noisy all day because of work. the small pool closed early at 8:45 for cleaning, so i needed to wait. no one informed me about these inconveniences, and i paid full price.

The hotel had really good food quality. The staff worked hard. Everyone showed dedication from arrival to departure. The hotel was nicely decorated and built in a traditional style! I found the pools amazing.
The deposit refund took more than a month. I did not receive any replies to my emails.

Fantastic desert escape

I was impressed by the dedicated staff, especially at the restaurants and pool. The Al Hadeerah restaurant offered excellent service and diverse food choices. I thought it was good. The pool service included complimentary chilled water in a cooler box. IT WAS a great touch. I found that the attention to detail significantly enhanced my visit.
The prices are high, especially for activities, which I found could become expensive for families.

The resort offered multiple pools; i think the adult pool was particularly quiet. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The complimentary camel rides at sunset were a lovely experience!

Al Hadeerah served a wide array of arabic dishes. The Anwa sunset lounge had a relaxed setting; its ambiance felt great! The breakfast buffet included both eastern and western options.
